When it is used in conjunction with Revelex's Power Agent® 4.0, agents have the ability to hold cruise reservations, extend or modify holds, discount base fare, enter coupon data, enter bonus commission data, make payments against holds, check payment status, modify Passenger Name Records (PNR's) and enter document shipping information.
